Want to lose that excess weight gained over the 4th of July weekend? Do you want to fit that wedding dress for that special day or bikini for your summer get away? Want to wear that sexy summer dress or those jeans being held prisoner in your closet? Then come join us at the BUC BOOT CAMP!
The BUC BOOT CAMP will be hosted by fitness expert and author, Sloan Luckie. It'll be based on the wellness principles in Sloan's book, Body Under Construction, and will consistent of four consecutive 1-hour sessions as follows:
- 30 minutes- exercise
- 15 minutes- nutrition demonstration
- 15 minutes- sleep demonstration
The first of four sessions start on Friday, July 8th at 7:00 PM. Each session occurs over four consecutive Fridays at 7:00 PM through July 29th.
Total cost for the 4-session BUC BOOT CAMP is $60 ( includes an autographed Body Under Construction book of which the sessions are based upon). If you own a Body Under Construction book, the total cost of the session is $40.
