The Body Under Construction (BUC) Optimal Nutrition and Fitness Adventure Training and Virtual BUC (V-BUC) Programs will help you attain and maintain optimal health while lowering risk to chronic illnesses. Body Under Construction provides a safe, time efficient, highly effective nutrition and fitness program for all fitness levels. From beginners interested in losing weight and attaining optimal fitness to advanced trainees interested in taking their fitness to the next level. Choose from three Get Fit Packages.

All Get Fit Packages include:

  • BUC Art of Eating – Sloan gives presentations on what, when and how to eat to develop a nutrition-based lifestyle.
  • Fitness Adventure – You exercise with Sloan as he gives demonstrations of body-weight, calorie-burning exercises you can do in the convenience of your home.
  • Sleep Like a Vampire – Sloan has discussions on how to improve the quantity and quality of sleep for better energy and optimal health.
  •  Q & A – Sloan answers your health-related questions during demonstration.

V-BUC sessions last one hour. V-BUC 1-on-1 and in-person sessions last from 1- 1½ hours. Each V-BUC program will last over a period of three months and includes 12 sessions.

V-BUC Group Fitness TrainingVirtual Group Fitness Training (Online)

Train for one hour every Saturday in a group session with others who are experiencing similar weight, health or fitness challenges. Choose from a 10am or 12pm session…all from the privacy of your own home.

V-BUC Group Online Fitness Training ($34.99/session) includes:

  • Weekly group training 1-hour session
  • Autographed Body Under Construction workbook
  • 1 BMI Assessment
  • Weekly weigh-in analysis
  • Downloadable Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep Charts for self-monitoring
  • 1-week replay access for sessions missed

This online training is the optimal choice for you if  you want a more customized program specific to your health needs. One-on-one online fitness training also gives you a periodic assessment analysis to ensure your progress.

V-BUC Virtual 1-on-1 Fitness Training ($54.99/session) includes:

  • Weekly customized 1-on-1 training 1- 1 ½ hour session
  • Autographed Body Under Construction workbook
  • Monthly BMI Assessment
  • Weekly weigh-in analysis
  • Downloadable nutrition, exercise and sleep charts for self-monitoring
  • Weekly analysis of nutrition, exercise and sleep charts by Sloan Luckie to monitor progress and make adjustments when necessary

This is BUC Training…at your service (for Chicagoland residents ONLY)! Train personally with Sloan, LIVE and in-person. You select the time and place, and Sloan will create a customized health and fitness program just for you. You’ll also get a monthly assessment analysis. BONUS: Free VBUC 1-on-1 access for those times you’re unable to meet in person.

Personal Concierge Fitness Training ($200/session) includes:

  • Weekly customized in-person training 1- 1 ½ hour session
  • Session to be held at client location of choice
  • V-BUC 1-on-1 fitness training service access
  • Autographed Body Under Construction workbook
  • Monthly BMI Assessment
  • Weekly weigh-in analysis
  • Downloadable nutrition, exercise and sleep charts for self-monitoring
